Comment: I've never had to give a 3 before. I'm sorry but the swap was supposed to be "You will STUFF one flat rate priority mailer (12 1/2" by 9 1/2") with paper goods and other flat or semi-flat craft items. Envelopes should be filled to maximum capacity. You should have trouble sealing the envelope!" And you send a half full 12 1/2 by 91/2" bubble mailer. And the contents did not compensate for not meeting the size requirement.
Response: OMG! I'm SO SORRY you weren't happy with the swap! Please give me a chance to make this up to you. I want to make it right. Please message me. I'll get started on this.

Comment: This swap's deadline was Jan. 2, which was a holiday, so Jan. 3 would've been ok. Even a few days would've been ok. However, you didn't let me know it would be late, and it wasn't postmarked until Jan. 31. Sorry, this really is late!
Response: Thanks for leaving an explanation. I took a look at my postage receipts (I keep them), and I mailed your envelope on Jan. 18. Still late, yes. And I apologize - I really should have let you now that it was still coming. But I'm very worried about the postmark date. That's a two week difference. I don't know what to do about that. I can't make that up to you. So sorry. Thanks again.
