Comment: Update 10/18/16: Contacted me via message, apologized for the previous issues and is sending my son a postcard. I am now happy with this swap. Rated 3 originally: Swap sent 3 weeks late, after having to remind her about the swap. Beautiful & breathtaking mail art, however did not meet all swap requirements; sent extras, but did not send Valentine card or Valentine-related extra INSIDE envelope as outlined in swap requirements. :(
Response: My daughter moved up the date on her wedding which caused the lateness and the lack of attention to detail. I apologize. 😊
