Response: I am so glad you liked it! I tried to find out online if those seasonings were available in Israel before I sent, and when I saw they weren't, I thought I should send those too. But I have no idea why I didn't think about what to do if you wanted to make it a second time! So this is a tricky question for me because I have never tried to make it without using the easy packets. But I would say that you could use 2.5g of cumin, 5g of chili powder/cayenne pepper, and a little salt to replace the taco seasoning. And for the ranch, you can use maybe 15g of powdered buttermilk, 2.5g parsley, 2.5g paprika, and 2.5g powdered garlic. I think you could also use fresh buttermilk or sour cream, but I am not sure how much. Just enough to add a little bit of creaminess.

Comment: I absolutely loved trying the candies! The pralines were amazing. The chocolate was something completely new to me. It had an interesting taste, but I like it. I also enjoyed the texture of it. I was beyond surprised that it was not melted!! It’s nice to see a fellow swapper that likes hairless rats. ^-^ I have five hairless ones (even an albino hairless, which I hadn’t heard of before this year) and two furry ones. They are the most intelligent and unique pets, hands down. :)
Response: I thought for sure it would melt somewhere along the way between Florida or Texas. So glad to hear they arrived safely and you enjoyed them. And rats really are the most special little creatures. It is like all they know how to do is love people and be adorable! I am thrilled there are other swappers with little ratties. I have never seen an albino hairless, but I bet they are super pink and cute.
