I will change this rating if the journal ever shows up. The journal should have been sent by August 31, and it is now Nov 2 and still nothing has arrived.

Also - you shouldn't mark things as sent (3/18/09) when you really didn't send until (4/9/09). The swap date is an important part of the swap requirements.
