Comment: Funny as it sounds I think so as well so I had tucked a couple of blank notecards in within the journal I had sent on. My partner said that she had been looking at note cards like that a couple of days prior. I say all this to say, I LOVE STAMPS! so of all the things you could have tucked in especially for me, there could not have been a better choice. Thank you so much...

Response: You are most welcome! The pink colour I used is actually some fountain pen ink (watered down, like watercolours), and I think I blotted it with paper towel which gave it a mottled appearance. The gold I used was acrylic paint (Golden Fluid acrylics), placed over top off a rubber stamp pattern than I'd found wasn't dark enough, LOL! I hope that helps.

Comment: These are so cool!!! My first received ATCs ever! I never thought about using used stamps! How do u get them off the envelopes? And where did you get the clear sleeves?
Response: You are most welcome! I buy my used stamps already un-stuck from the coin store, however from past experience you can steam off (or soak off) "lick and stick" stamps fairly easily. The sticker kinds usually come off if you freeze them for a few hours. :) I got the clear sleeves from the coin store too, although a sports card store should also have them- was about $1 for a pack of 100! :)

From what you wrote, that's what it seems like - cool! Like Buzz Byrd. ;o) Love the Superman stamps too - he's my favorite superhero!
Response: I'm glad you loved it! To answer your questions, I didn't write in the bathroom stalls as I went to such a small school and assumed everyone would know my handwriting, lol. And yes, the most apt description is that I am a "bush pilot". I fly a fairly sophisticated airplane but the runways we go to are quite primitive. It's a lot of fun!!!

I will now be corrected about the presence of gophers on the prairie :) Interestingly enough, the University of Minnesota Golden Gophers are actually thirteen-lined ground squirrels. When will the gopher misidentification ever end?? We loved the motorcycle stamp a lot, too!

I've been feeding the birds for decades,and watching them for as long as I can remember, but I don't keep track of anything. I simply enjoy watching them interact with each other while they're eating, and seeing who's bullying who. ;o)

The crystal ball with your address in it turned out especially nice and I liked Stefan the Sword Swallower on the back. Thank you for the tuck ins that you included.
