Comment: The swap was for lettersets of the Japanese brands like Sanrio, San-X, Q-Lia, Kamio, Crux etc, and I didn't got any of those brands. It also said it should be 5 lettersets and I got like 4, the fifth set was like very tiny, you cannot write a letter on that :( so I was kinda dissapointed. And as told via PM, I'd give you a chance to make it right to get a 5, but since I haven't heard from you, I've said I'd give a 3.

Comment: I unfortunately cannot use any hair dye because I am pregnant. Also it didn't seem you had put much effort into the package or spent within the guidelines. I feel really bad rating you low but I just don't think there was enough effort or thought put in especially since I have a well detailed profile and also I would of love to of seen some handmade things perhaps. Thanks though, I will give a friend the hair dye and I really didn't like the candy.
