Comment: An ATC is made using cardstock and measures 3.5 x 2.5 inches. What you sent me is drawn on paper measuring 5 x 3 inches. I gave you the opportunity to amend this by sending me the correct item but you chose not to. I therefore have no choice but to rate you a 3.

Comment: I received the swap on time but it didn't meet the swap requirements. You sent 2 postcards and a bookmark. The swap rules stated 3 items of which 2 postcards count as one item, and one bookmark counts as half an item (2 bookmarks count as one as well). That's half the swap's requirements. Sorry but I give 3 on this one.
