I reached out a few times after giving it a month (as I know customs can sometimes be lengthy depending on country) and they did respond once and stated they would resend, but never hear anything back . I contacted again after another month, to tell them I hadn't received and no response. I will be happy to change rating if package is received.

My partner did respond to the swap organizer and said they have resent the package. I still have not received anything, but I am happy to re rate when I receive something.
