Comment: The character with the cactus is so cute, I've never seen that one! This was sent 9 days after the send by date with no message which is the reason for the 3 rating. Please remember to stick something in with the paper so they don't get bent as quite a few of the sheets got bent.
Response: would you like me to resend you some more papers? I don't know why it was mailed out late cause I went to the post office and payed the day I marked sent so I apologize for that. Is there anything I can do for you to get you change my rating?
