Although this swap was due in November and you did not send it until February, anyone else would rate you a 3 or less, especially since you have yet to respond to my message. I am not super strict on lateness because I appreciate receiving something in the end, just keep in mind for future swaps because many swappers are not as understanding. Happy Swapping :]
