Response: The USPS is as sorry as I am for shredding the envelope in the sorter. The asked me to tell you it happens often during the holiday season with all the card and stuff. I was disappointed too because the first ones were much nicer then the second ones I had to rush out because of the DEADLINE issues. Since I only signed up a month or so ago I hoped for a learning curve no such luck. I did not know I should contact the coordinator also
