Response: I think this is really an unfair rating. She received this a month late, after I re-sent it. I did send out the original ATC on time, but as it was going to Australia over the holidays, it could easily have been lost in the mail. I did send it out again as soon as she contacted me. The other two people who I sent to in this swap obviously got their ATC's on time. I always give people at least two or three months before giving them a low rating for a swap.
