Response: I am so sorry that you felt you had to give me a 1. The lowest score I have ever made is a 5 without a heart. I know I was very late in getting your package to you, but I explained the circumstances and not only met the package requirements, I exceeded them in sending not only 10 sticker sheets, but 12 and put in a little extra something as well. I was going through some circumstances that prevented me from being able to deliver on time and again, for that I am truly sorry. I hope any of your further swaps go better for you!
