Comment: *updated* She marked it as sent on the 19th of August, arrived September 15th. DID NOT FOLLOW Swap rules, it was ALL children's cartoon character stickers which it explicitly said NOT to send. AND I had to pay postage on the envelope. VERY Frustrated with this swap. And i'm begrudgingly rating a 3 instead of a 1. I feel you still deserve a 1 for this because you did not meet the swap rules.

Comment: I'm rating a 3 because you initially marked the swap as 'sent' on May 15th, but it was postmarked on June 5th, and it did not meet the requirements of the swap. I appreciate the resend, but it arrived $1.20 postage due and the books are still not "nice & neat".
Response: I will send you the 1.20 I went to the post office and they told me 2 stamps would be good

Comment: I hate to rate down, but the first swap was a plain card in a plain envelope (not mail art), and although a resend was promised, none has arrived and no further communication. I will rate up when I receive a swap that meets requirements.
