Response: I am surprised that 3 months later you let me know that you didn't receive it and you didn't email me to let me know...I will get one out tomorrow. well, here it is several weeks later and you have not acknowledged that you received the 2nd postcard nor have you changed the rating.....you are not even responding to my emails either.
