In regards to your comment...I did pm you on the 13th of April, letting you know that, I was in non receipt of the envie with postcards that you had marked sent on the 29th of March, under the swap, and it was read by you as well, and as of yetersday when I made the rating I was still in non receipt. and no reply from my pm to you only a read. so I rated accordingly to the rules.
