(UK ONLY) Whimsey jar swap

I have never heard of this before sounds fun, do i just use a normal jar that had food in, wash it out and use it?

no it could be a plastic jar and its a medium sort of jar not a large one or a small one (sorry rambling) i have already tken the label off so i cannot check! silly me its slightly larger than a jam jar

I know you can send basically anything, but I would really love my filled with sewing related items. Is it okay to request this?

Also, do you have to decorate the whole jar or can you just do something with the lid and maybe some ribbon round jar itself.

you can do whatever you want i have seen some really cute ones where you decorate the lid and tie ribbons round.

yes you can request a certain type of filling for your jar thats fine.

Sounds a great idea, I'll definitely be looking out to find a plastic jar to fill, though, after watching the sorting office throw all the parcels around a couple of weeks ago!!
