Description:
I got the Owney Postal Dog stamps the other day & started thinking about this swap. Swap-bot had a blog about him on Oct. 26 if u want to go check it out. Make 1 rolo card with Owney on it! Send it to your 1 partner. We make the smaller size cards in this group. Lightly decorate the back. Include the swap name, your user name, signature & location on the back. Enjoy! Happy Swapping! cc
