You will have one partner, that send you a handmade button fairy. with dragon wings in the colours green and a little bit red.....!

Exactly what is a Button-Fairy? More specifically a button-fairy with dragon wings? Possibly you might include an image or a link to some images of Button-Fairies? I have absolutely no context for this swap.
