Description:
For this swap, you will create one ATC for one partner with at least one 3-D element on it; the element doesn't have to be a particular size, and you can have several on your ATC. You can use those 3-D glue dots for a flat image, or use something dimensional like a silk or paper flower; you can even make a pop-up ATC! Make your ATC the standard 2 1/2 by 3 1/2 inches, and group rules apply for those joining this swap.
