Eat Pray Love Swap

I recently read the book Eat Pray Love by Elizabeth Gilbert and I found it really inspiring and thought it would be a great basis for a swap! Here are the rules:

1. Each participant will have 3 partners.The idea of balance and the number 3 is quite important in the novel!

2. Each parcel will include 3 things representing the Eat, Love and Pray sections of the novel. You are free to include whatever you like as long as they represent these 3 areas.

3. Newbies welcome but I will check profiles for any unexplained 1s/3s!

4. Please include a short..or long... Note in your packages explaining the 3 items you have included.

5. Approximate value of each package = $5

6. Everything should be presented well, with thought and care..something you'd like to open.

NB: this is not a religious swap as such,the novel it is based on deals with the topic of spirituality but covers many different religions. It is really about what the word 'pray' means to you.

Some ideas: EAT= a recipe card, felt food, chocolate, baking supplies PRAY = copy of favorite prayer, list of people in your prayers, prayer beads LOVE = heart shaped anything! Something you love such as a cd of your favorite music, love themed atc or matchbox.

Swappers who aren't so crafty don't feel pressured to 'make something' but if you're that way inclined then go to town! Try and mix up your parcel so they are exciting to open and look through.
