Description:

Healthy food is good and we all need to eat it. But sometimes we surrender to a very unhealthy snack. For this swap we'll send to our partner 1 healthy and 1 unheathy snack...

What does mean healthy and unhealthy to you when it comes to snacks? Why did you choose what you chose? Write it in a little note to your partner!

So:

  • 1 partner

  • 2 snacks/items, 1 healthy and 1 unhealthy

  • a note explaining your choices and perhaps your eating habits and what healthy and unhealthy means to you!

This is going to be sender's choice as it'll be nice to know eachother's ways to consider food as healthy or unhealthy. However, it is strongly recommended to read profiles and avoid thigs that the partner strongly dislikes or is allergic to.

Usual rules apply:

  • Package your items appropriately. Glass items and fragile foods should be wrapped and boxed to prevent breakage. It's a good idea to use a plastic baggie for anything that can leak, melt, or tear open during shipping.

  • Please send items in their original, sealed packaging for health and customs reasons. Be sure to check expiration dates and only send in-date food items that will not expire before reaching your partner.

  • Send and rate on time. On the rare occasion that you may need to send a bit late, please contact your partner AND the swap coordinator before the swap deadline has passed.
