Create 1 vintage style atc featuring postage. Can be stamped postage, real stamp, or cut out from collage book. However you incorporate the postage into the atc is up to you. Standard atc size, no digital atc's, please make a sturdy, nice, well made card. No sticker slapping. 1 card, 1 partner
