For this swap, you will make one ATC for one partner, to honor Queen Elizabeth on her Diamond Jubilee. The only requirement is your ATC must have something "queenly" on it.

Your choice of design and medium. Please, no sticker on a piece of paper as an ATC. Judging by the gorgeous ATCs I receive in swaps, most swappers put forth GREAT effort with GREAT results! So have fun and do your best.

Rating requirement is 4.9 or higher, with at least 3 "Type 3" swaps. No recent "1s" or "3s", please.

Because ATC cards are not very heavy or expensive to mail, this is an International swap.
