You will have 1 partner to send to. Standard Atc rules apply {2.5x3.5} You can design your ATC however you'd like, using any medium. As long as it relates to Judy Garland and any of the MANY movies she had been in. Be creative! Don't just slap on some stickers and call it a day!! Please put forth effort into it and send something that you yourself would love to receive in the mail. NO FLAKERS!!! If anyone flakes I will ban them from all my swaps in the future.
