Description:
You will have 1 partner and make and send them 2 atcs, made using a mosaic technique - that is, cutting up paper into smaller bits and gluing/adhering them to an atc back to make a picture! The picture may be realistic or abstract but the entire atc should be mosaic'd. Great way to use up your paper scraps!
