Description:

Hi everyone, this is my first time hosting here, I'm looking forward to getting to know you all better.

I'm fairly new to image transferring - I've done a few and tried it with a few different mediums - its fun! Everyone recommends gel medium - so if you have it use it. But I don't. I have successfully used mod podge and gesso. So have a try with those. I do suggest to do a little practice first. Print a quality print (high res - good print setting) or use a magazine image. here's a quick guide - this is for acrylic paint - you do exactly the same with mod podge or gel medium.

The Swap

Make one postcard for one partner. It must have one image transfer - it doesn't have to be the focus Use all other mediums that take your fancy - collage, ink, stamps, paint, crayon - whatever.

Preferrably at least 5"x7" - mail naked to your partner. Any questions - please ask! :) Have fun!

The swap image is one of mine - just the lacing is the image transfer -you can see it bigger here
