This is an international version of the swap 'Simple Long Term Pen Pal' by @BassClarinetNerd Whole idea comes from the swap

I just add a condition : for swappers living OUTSIDE the US.

Except that you should live outside the USA, (and want to write letters) There's nothing you must do on this penpal :)

There's no schedule, no length requirement, no pretty envie ... You will just write a plain, simple letter and get a letter and send back and forth with someone.

Since you will send to someone and someone will also send you a letter, you will end up with two pen pals.

Newbies are allowed. All others need a 4.85 rating.

Please don't sign up if you don't intend on sending a letter and keep in mind this is a kind of international swap!

ps. Actually I really agree with @BassClarinetNerd that the postage to overseas is quite pricey.

pps. What do you think of that I categorized this swap in regional? Should it be in international? I have no idea...... @_
