To prevent flaking as much as possible.... this swap is not open to anyone who has less than 15 Type 3 swaps, All who join must have no less than a 4.95 rating with no recent 1's or 3's in the last 6 months. I will be checking before assigning partners. Due to the high dollar value of this swap I will be unable to angel. For this reason the requirements to join are high.
