You will have 1 partner and you will make and send them 2 atcs featuring ribbons! Woven, glued, embellished, tail, hangtag, etc - any theme goes but each ATC must feature at least a few cm/inches of fabric ribbons - interpret as you will! Any fabric ribbon is fine. Please send your very best work!
