Does this book have to have a cover?

Also do we decorate the pages front and back?

The book can have a cover if you want it to though it is not required. You can decorate the page front and back and newbies can join :)

Can it be a story that already exists? ex. phantom of the opera? Should each card stand alone? Do the words of the story have to appear, or could it be a "picture book". Can it be an accordion style book? Great idea!

Yes it can be of a story that already exists, to have each card stand alone is optional. Having words appear from the story, being a picture book and having the book an accordion style is all optional and okay to do.

I had been planning on making a mini-book and sliding my ATCs into pockets on each page. Is this acceptable?

I will also extend the swap date to monday the 7th.

I'd love to join but can't get quality work done by the 7th. Maybe a few more weeks would be a good idea.

Lovely idea but I agree the turn around should be at least 2 weeks from sign up to get something worth swapping for. I know I make stunning ATC's and would hate to get something slapped together due to the mail out date. Maybe you could set up another one with a longer turn around for those of us that want extra time??? Or would it be ok for me to set one up??? If not maybe someone wants to private swap me for one.???? Let me know.
