Description:
Create 1 cupcake atc for 1 partner. Send it in a cupcake themed notecard. The note card and atc must be handmade by you. You can write in the notecard. Any artistic medium is aloud but NO sticker slapping. ATC should be well made and sturdy. Notecard of course should be bigger than the atc, but I am not setting a size requirement, be creative, have fun!
