Description: | |
This swap may or may not become a series, depending on how well it does. You do not have to be a member of the first swap to join later swaps, and vice versa. As the hostess, I will initiate the envelope of SIX flat-mail items as soon as partners have been assigned. If you sign up, you must wait until you receive the envelope from your "receives from" partner before you send to your "sends to" partner. Once people have been assigned partners, I'll send out a note with the order of sending, so that you have an idea of when to expect receiving it and so forth. From your "receives from" partner, you will get an envelope marked "Flat Mail Round Robin #1" on it, and it will have six random flat-mail items in it, completely sender's choice. You will look through the items, and take what you want, while replacing what you took with the same number of items. If it works, the Round Robin can keep going!! Even after the "Send By" date. By the way, you should ignore the "send by" date (see below). You will always send and receive to/from the same partner. The "Send By" date on this swap is pretty much just ignored and will be extended to way out there on the calendar and is for admin reasons only. (Long enough so that everyone will have a chance to get it/send it. If more than expected people join, I will extend the send-by date so that everyone can be rated before then.) So here are some important rules! If you don't think you can handle it, don't join. It's easy, but takes some thought.
I WILL be thoroughly checking profiles for this swap, and no newbies or recent poor ratings, because this is a little more than your average swap. Also, it would be a good idea to add below when you've received/sent the Round Robin. |
