Description:

I am making a project out of 2,5 inch scrap squares and for the backing I am still a few squares short, since it is my ambition to have no doubles in the whole of the quilt...

So what to swap: You'll be swapping 50 X 2,5" squares of fabric per partner, so that is a total of 150 squares. No doubles!

In the nature of this swap lies that you don't need to wait till partners are assigned to prepare. As soon as you sign up you can start cutting.

It should go without saying, but just so we're clear: only swap material that you would be happy to receive and use in a quilt yourself. This means swapping quilting quality material (preferably cotton).

Anyone with a rating of 4.9 or higher is welcome and newbies are welcome if I can read your completely filled out profile. (That is a profile in which I can read what your likes and dislikes are, some info about yourself and the crafts you do.) I will be checking profiles before assigning partners.

I will angel if that's necessary. Please communicate with your partner (and me) if you are late for whatever reason. But please understand that angeling is contingent on you giving the partner who flaked on you a 1 rating. They should not be rated a 5 if I send you the swap that they failed to send.

I have joined this swap but I am a bit confused about the number of squares I will need to send. Will I be sending 50 squares or 150 squares? And if it is 150 squares is that 50 squares to 3 different people? If it is 50 squares to 3 different people can I send some of the same fabric to different people but still 50 squares without doubles to each person? And does anyone have colour preferences? I have abbout 3000 squares in about 300 different fabrics from a previous project that I am keen to swap.

Hi Nora,

yes it is 50 squares to 3 different people so they each have 50 without doubles, but they may each receive the same envie...I hope this helps.
