This Swap is for those people who, like me, love to read fanfiction and discover new ones!

Send to your partner 3 links to 3 fanfiction that you think are a "must read":

The fanfictions must be:

  • Completed

  • Public (you don't need to jo in a group,register to a website or download a file to read it)

  • Written in english

  • Any fandom (Anime, television, books, games ) is good but try to take profiles preferences into consideration.

  • Any rating/paring is good but you must write any warnings, age limit, and possible triggers before the link.

  • It's ok if you choose the same fandom but try to reccomend different ones.

  • Slash and Femslash parings are welcome.

If someone it's not confortable reading some themes please write a comment here.

Just a few pointers to help my partner!

Main fandoms: BBC Sherlock (platonic or Sherlolly preferred), Life On Mars/Ashes To Ashes (no Keats please!), Discworld, Harry Potter.

I'm not really a fan of slash - I don't mind people being gay, but making characters gay when they are not in canon seems a bit unnecessary to me. For the same reason I'd rather not read really out there AU/crackfic stuff. For me, it's about exploring the characters and their world, not changing them out of all recognition.

Mature/explicit stories are fine though ;)

I don't mind how long or short a story is - some of the best pieces of writing I've read are one-shots.

Sorry if all this makes me sound fussy - I'm just trying to be helpful!

I guess I'm opposite of the above poster. No hetero if possible, unless the couple is along the lines of Bones/Booth or Mulder/Scully. I prefer strong independent female canon leads if you pull from a fandom I haven't explored. Also, I encourage you to pull from an unexplored fandom! I love getting into new shows/movies/anime/books/whathaveyou. All else: slash please! I'm open to all genres and ratings.

I only read Middle Earth M/M slash. And that is also what I love to write! I don't mind exploring other fandoms, but love my Middle Earth elves. I also love writing AU and exploring the possibility that the characters may be just as interested in exploring new things as I am in letting them find new ways to express themselves.
