Description:

For this swap, you will send your partner a playlist - a list of songs - that represents your life: your years growing up, major events or emotions as an adult, who you are now, etc.

You will share at least 10 songs, handwritten or typed. Please include the song's title, singer, and at least two lines of the lyrics that are particularly relevant to your life. (You do not have to add any additional information on how it relates to your life.)

4.97 rating minimum. At least 10 type 2 or 3 swaps. No recent or unexplained 1s or 3s. I will remove anyone that I feel can hinder the happiness of this swap. This is USA only since holiday mail makes international move a bit more sluggishly.

Just a comment and only my opinion.....I think this would be better if it were an electronic swap to be able to send each other links to the songs. Would you mind if I did one similar to this, but did it that way instead? No problem, if not. Just wanted to ask :)

Josh - I'm personally on swapbot for snailmail, not email. :) I've noticed lots of email-based music swaps so I wanted to do something through the mail. (I figure I can quickly youtube songs of interest that I receive.) Feel free to re-write the description and make one too though!

You could always e-mail them the links after you send out the mailing or could let them know in your snail mail to e-mail you if they want the youtube links.
