Description:
Its winter in a lot of places...so let's celebrate with a little blue and white. Go to your local dollar store, aisle, etc and find something that is a combination of blue and white and send to your partner. Item can be anything--it is not profile based. Amount spent should be $3 or less. Nothing broken, torn, stained, and if it is cosmetic or edible, it must be new and sealed in its original packaging.
