Pick a province - you don't have to live in it! Make a nice ATC representing the province YOUR PARTNER picks, and send it! Sound easy? Sound fun? I think so! State the province you want to RECEIVE an ATC of, and put it in the comment below. Caveat - you have to JOIN the swap before you pick a province. Only fair.

I'd be glad to host these swaps 11 more times, so everyone would be able to get all provinces/territories.
