This is International so anyone can join. Postage will go up soon here in the US. But keep this in perspective, how much do you pay for a cup of coffee or how much do you put into the vending machines at work. So what is one foreign stamp at least once a month? Remember it is much more expensive to mail a letter from overseas to the US than it costs US to mail overseas. Some countries pay over $2.00 US to send just a small envelope to the US. So what I am saying is come on and join this swap no matter where you live.
