ミ☆ Postcard must be sent naked! (Written on and stamped)

Thanks for the invite, I do have one question though, I'm in Kazakhstan, but I can't buy postcards here, so, can I send a random card, because it doesn't actually say the card has to be from the country that you are in. But, my hunch is that it should be from the country that you are in. Let me know asap please.
