Description:
One of my goals as a swapper is to collect things for my baby girl to enjoy when she is older. That includes ATC's. How cool will it be for her to inherit all of this original artwork in a few years? How much quality time will we spend looking at them, discussing them? I've seen some ABC swaps, and some animal swaps but I haven't seen the two combined (I'm sure I'm not the first with the idea. I've only been swapping for a few months and in that time I've yet to see it) For this series you will create an ATC using any medium you choose but it must have the letter (in this case B) and an animal that begins with that letter. You do not have to write the name of the animal but you can if you choose to. Feel free to choose any animal you wish as long as it begins with the letter B. Think outside of the box or pick a classic example. It's up to you. No newbies for this one, and you must have a rating of 4.9 and up.

I was going to sign up for your swap but excluded newbies and that would be me. My daughter loves animals so I was interested in yours. Well, hopefully excluding the newbies is not the norm here?

@kimberlid2 Unfortunately, excluding newbies in craft intensive swaps IS the norm, just because until you start sending out swaps and receiving ratings people don't know if you will commit. Fortunately, there are many swaps designed for newbies to prove themselves and get their ratings. I've only been on swap-bot for a few months and I joined many newbie swaps in the beginning and I had tons of ratings in a matter of a couple of weeks! I plan to do this entire series and you will be able to join before you know it. If it looks like there are a lot of people who joined up in the middle or want to start again someone else (maybe you?) can definitely start over from A so you can have the whole series :) Contrary wise, if someone wants to start a swap like this one that is newbie friendly I have no problems with that.
