Description:
Several people missed out on some the previous swaps and asked if I would/could do a "makeup" swap. So here it is.... Make one ATC for one partner with a postage stamp collage as the background. Then you can decorated and embellish how ever you want to.Postage stamps must cover most of the background. NOTE: the postage stamp collage is the background, then you do your art on top of the collage. 4.9 rating that has completed 10 type 3 swaps. No 1 in the past 3 months.
