An Official First Day Cover (OFDC) is " a postage stamp on a cover, postal card or stamped envelope franked on the first day the issue is authorized for use within the country or territory of the stamp-issuing authority." (from Wikipedia). Post offices around the world sell these and I love collecting them! You will swap one OFDC to one partner. OFDC must be sent in a (preferrably stamped) envelope. Newbies welcome!
