Description:
This ATC will be very simple. You make an ATC with a flower. You can make it anyway you want the only rule is there must be a flower on it somewhere. You can add one flower or an entire boutique. You can hand draw, cut flowers from magazines, cards ext. But please no sticker slapping. Use your imagination and made a well thought out ATC. Any questions please ask.
