HS: Halloween Garden Seed Packs (USA)

Eerie Mary, quite contrary -- how does your garden grow?

For this swap, make & send your partner 2 Halloween-themed seed packs. The twist is that they'll have odd Halloween-ish names!

Use this template from Fine Gardening. Picture these packs displayed in a basket …hung on a Halloween tree…or given to friends with small treasures inside.

• Design both sides of the pack.The front requires a fun Halloween-related seed name (ideas below) and a plant image. Other features to consider: fake seed company name, expiration date, planting guide, price, etc. Have fun with it!

Seed ideas: Zombie Zucchini, Deviled Eggplant, Bewitching Begonia, Candy Corn, Phantom Pumpkin, Ghost Gourd, Paranormal Peas, Creepy Cabbage, Lettuce Heads -- you get the idea.

• Keep everything Halloween-y in color and design. Use at least 3 different media for each seed pack: card stock, collage, markers, stamps, tape, glitter, lace, embellishments, images, decorative papers, and so forth -- it’s up to you.

• Leave the top flap open. Nothing is required inside the seed packs, but feel free to add a small surprise if you like.

Please have no more than 13 open swaps on your dashboard.
