Washi tape just brightens up everything it touches. It puts a smile on my face when I receive an envelope that is Washi taped! So lets make some cute Washi envelopes! You will have one partner and will make 3 Washi envelopes for them. Be creative - tape must be on the front and back of the envelope. They must be a mail able size. Have fun!
