This will be a series of several ATCs each owl will have a different style or background, but all will include an owl. this is a newbie friendly swap. no recent ones or 3s that are unexplained. round one will be a STEAMPUNK you can make the owl look STEAMPUNK or the BACKGROUND must be steampunk... use any media just make sure that looks steampunk and no sticker slapping.
