For this swap you'll be creating one ATC for one partner with an OWL on it. Any medium welcome. No sticker slapping. Make sure your artwork is securely placed on your ATC and that it is sturdy. Use your imagination and have fun. Requirements: 4.9 or higher rating. No recent 1's or 3's allowed within the past 3 months. I have the right to ban anyone who don't meet these requirements. USA only.
