Description:
This is another ATC for those who like to play with layers. One ATC for one partner. Directions: Cut an ATC to size- 2 1/2 x 3 1/2 inches or whatever in metric Use any or all of the following in any order to create an ATC with lots of layers and textures: â€¢background colour- paint, paper... â€¢scrunched tissue paper using PVA glue or gesso to push it into bumps â€¢scrap papers images from your collection â€¢paint paint pens or gel pens â€¢embellishments Please, no stickers My partner will get one of the ATCs shown
