Description:

I love Mega swaps! Twenty partners, Twenty different ATCs back.,

For this swap, make 20 ATCs on a Christmas theme.( It can be the traditional Santa, Christmas trees, Stockings, Winter Scenes, Animals, Holly , Angels ,Nativity etc) Send one to each of 20 partners. You have four weeks to send cards. MUST be sent by December11th.

RULES:

  • ATCs must be 2.5" by 3.5" and on sturdy paper, (Watercolor, heavy card stock, Chip board etc)
  • Do your best work. I know this is a lot of cards, but the swap is sender's choice so you can get started on them right away. No slap-dash glue or smudged stamps. All mediums welcome (From Hand Drawn or Painted, Mixed Media Collage, Digital Hybrid or Stamped.)
  • No newbies, sorry, it's too big a swap. Must have at least 10 type 3 swaps completed and a minimum of 4.95 rating.
  • Cards must be original art made by you, no re-trades for this swap please
  • Make sure your cards are sent in an envelope or sleeve to protect them. Sign the backs with your username, real name, AND the name of the swap.
  • No recent or unexplained 1's or 3's.. Profiles will be checked and I will ban anyone I feel questionable.

Then we will swap with all that do sign up!...... Let's keep fingers crossed there will be 20. I did one last year and it was amazing seeing all the great atcs that I received!

If this one goes well would you consider hosting another MEGA that doesn't have a theme...sender's choice maybe?

beenebag, ( what a cute name), I would consider doing another after Christmas, if this swap does well. It really is wonderful going to your mail box and getting so many amazing and different atc at once!!

Does it have to be traditional Christmas style Christmas trees or can it be a little contemporary or modern.

I spent most of yesterday working on the cards so, I made great progress. I'm very excited about this swap. I'll probably be able to send at least some right away. I'll be working more on them today

I think a MEGA swap was the first kind I did when I joined SwapBot way back when and it was so much fun. So many different pieces of artwork. And I liked the idea of working in a series...not every card had to be exactly the same (so you didn't get bored just cranking out the same thing over and over) but they did look like a set with the same style. Keeping my fingers crossed that this goes well. Unfortunately, I can't commit on this round.

I worked on mine all weekend and They were fuuun! Tried some new stuff on ATCs I've never done before. I'm at a point on them where I dunno if I want to add a little more or leave them simplistically cute. :3

HaHaha. .. @DG I was actually thinking of one for Valentine. I like theme swaps, and how everyone's interpretation of that theme turns out.

So stinking excited!!! This is my first huge swap, and I cannot wait to finish and send my ATC's :)
